The Tweed & Area Arts Council was established in 2006. Founded on the belief that the arts are for everyone, T&AAC is a charitable, not-for-profit organization with membership for artists and those who support the arts. We bring ‘Art in the Park’ to Memorial Park each year; Tweed’s Front Porch Ruckus was new for us in 2025, and the ‘In Conversation with Artists’ video series has been a great success. In 2026 we joined forces with the Tweed & Area Studio Tour! We occasionally host great shows by regional, national and international performers to be enjoyed by local residents and visitors.
