Come Wander
Christmas Lights at Crystal Palace

There’s a reason this time of year is called, ‘the most wonderful.’ Nights that could easily be seen as cold and dreary are no match for the spirit and celebration that rings through the small towns across Ontario’s Highlands this season.

Rather than hibernating inside and letting winter win, communities are bundling up, heading outside, and lighting up the evening sky. With main streets lit to the nines, private residences decked out, twinkling trees displayed, and fireworks blasting above, the colourful lights at the festivals below will have you celebrating the season, marvelling as they twinkle against frosty snow, and feeling truly alight, even at night.
